We work with older children (10+), adolescents, and adults in individual, parenting, and psycho-educational group sessions. In counseling, Jennifer will work with you hand-in-hand to identify problem and goal areas to live a more fulfilling, relaxing, and healthier life. Her foundational approach is rooted in mindfulness, trauma, and attachment styles for an integrative approach to each client. There is also an interweaving of cognitive-behavioral therapy, which incorporate support activities outside of the session so that you can start applying your desired changes in your life.  Jennifer also can provide yoga and other body-oriented exercises (e.g., relaxation, guided imagery, Somatic Experiencing, touch/table work, meditation, select hypnotherapy, forest therapy walks, expressive arts, etc.) in your sessions.
